Good to know

Common questions

Is the fee really flat?

Yes. You agree on the fee before we begin, and it does not change with your sale price. Your full-service representation is the same whether your home sells for less or more than expected.

What is included?

Each tier is full service — pricing analysis, professional marketing, negotiation, and management through closing. The tiers differ in the depth of marketing and coordination, not in whether you are fully represented.

How is the fee handled?

All compensation is routed through Wynd Realty, and the specifics are set out in your listing agreement. We walk through the structure with you during the consultation, before anything is signed.

Do you cover my area?

We focus on Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, and Sandy Springs, and serve the wider north-metro area — cities within and around the perimeter, plus Forsyth and Paulding counties. Listed on FMLS.

What is a pricing analysis?

A grounded estimate of where your home should list, based on current comparable activity. It is a pricing analysis, not an appraisal.
